  • Domaine de la Baume covers 180 ha, 105 ha of which is planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Viognier. It is located in Servian between Béziers and the medieval town of Pézenas, in the largest wine-growing region in the world.
A road will lead you to the beautiful wrought iron gate decorated with a J and a P in honour of Jean Prat. In 1882, Jean Prat the elder, a 19th-century visionary, took over Domaine de la Baume, which had been abandoned after the phylloxera crisis. Joseph Helfrich took over from him in 2003, bringing the international recognition it deserved. Special events, art exhibitions, farm produce and wine pairing evenings, tastings, guided tours, themed activities, business meetings, disabled access.
