Restaurant situated on the bank of the Canal du Midi. Chilled buffet for starters: cold vegetables, cold meats, salads, seafood, marinated peppers and anchovies. Main courses: fillet of coley with chorizo, cuttlefish stew and grilled sea bass fill the plates, which are all served in an informal way. The restaurant, which is both a snack bar and grill, also serves a wide range of pizzas and pasta dishes. Home-made desserts: baked apples, rum baba or chocolate fondant.
