Le Pif Rouge offers you its various dishes: lamb shank, home-made foie gras in a terrine, scallop and snail risotto, griddled cuttlefish, stuffed duck breast with foie-gras and even scallop carpaccio accompanied by blackcurrant sorbet with lime. Le Pif Rouge's speciality, made from local produce: "la biterroise" made using rabbit, grapes and rosemary.
