    Opened in January 2005, this venture brings together a trio of culinary specialists from Bristol to Paris. Laurent for service, Rachel for wine and Fabien Lefebvre, the best in class for France, offer you classic cuisine, reinvented and refined, with a mouth-wateringly Mediterranean twist. The spirit of the restaurant draws on the lessons learned from their respective training and experience but its heart lies in innovation and the pleasure of the senses.
