Oil at Béziers
  • At Pradines le Bas, the olive tree – a symbol of peace, sacrifice and hope – is revered: olive oil was once used to anoint kings as a symbol of their transition from one state to another.
Anxious to reconnect with the olive oil tradition of the Languedoc Roussillon region, Francine Buesa passionately grows her olive trees on 20 hectares with techniques that are respectful of the environment to produce the best vintages of olives and olive oil.
The oil stems from first cold pressing, using methods that combine tradition and modernity in an olive oil mill in partnership with a tree lover offering up his agronomic expertise in the development of these precious liquids.
Each variety is picked at the optimal time.
